From from the South/East/West (I-40) (approximately 2.5 miles north of I-40)
Traveling East or West on I-40, depart I-40 at exit 105 (NC Hwy 18, Morganton, NC).
Turn right on NC Hwy 18 [Sterling St] (heading northwest) and travel for 2.0 mi. NC Hwy 18 bears RIGHT (north) turning into a one-way street and changing names from Sterling Street to Green Street.
Proceed on Green Street going past the Old Courthouse (on your left) and the Marquee Cinemas (on your right).
One block past the Old Courthouse and Marquee Cinemas, follow NC Hwy 18 by turning right onto Avery Avenue (Avery Avenue is the street immediately before CVS Pharmacy).
Travel to second block on NC Hwy 18 [Avery Avenue]. Appalachian Family Innovations is the second building on the left in the second block after turning onto Avery Avenue; 203 Avery Avenue, Morganton, NC, (828) 433-7176.

From the North:
Proceed south into Morganton, on NC 18/US 64.
At intersection (traffic light at Kirksey Drive to the left/Sandford Drive to the right) continue STRAIGHT (South) onto US-64 Business Route [Lenoir Rd] for 0.6 mile.
At intersection (traffic light at Rocky Ford Street) bear RIGHT (South) and continue on US-64 Business Route [Lenoir St] for 0.2 mile.
Lenoir Street US 64 Business bears left BUT YOU MUST KEEP STRAIGHT on to Avery Avenue.
Travel on Avery Avenue for 0.4 mile. Watch for the Harris Teeter grocery store and the Jones Drugs drug store (both on the left).
After passing Harris Teeter/Jones Drugs, Appalachian Family Innovations is the next brick building on the right; 203 Avery Avenue, Morganton, NC, (828) 433-7176.

From I-40:
Depart I-40 at exit 128 Fairgrove Church Rd.
Turn south on Fairgrove Church Road for 0.4 mi.
Turn LEFT (East) onto US-70 [Conover Blvd W] for 2.1 mi.
Turn RIGHT (South) onto US-321 Bypass [Westside Blvd] for 2.3 mi.
Turn RIGHT (West) onto SR-1154 [West A Street] for 0.3 mi.

From US 421:
Exit US 421 at the exit for NC 115/US 421 Business.
Turn onto US 421 Business (If you were traveling westbound on US 421 it will be a right turn. If you were traveling eastbound on US 421 it will be a left turn.)
Follow US 421 Business past the blinking traffic signal until it comes to a full traffic signal at NC Hwy 18.
Turn left onto NC 18 and go up the hill to Boston Avenue.
